Hey, I’m Chris—and I’ve spent my life pushing limits.
Not just my own, but those of every athlete and everyday hero I coach. My journey has taken me from elite competition to helping others break through barriers and become the champion of their own fitness story.
From a young age, I thrived in high-performance sports and endurance challenges. Along the way, I’ve:
✅ Completed 2 Full Ironman (140.6) and 9 Half Ironman (70.3) races—earning All-World Athlete status
✅ Won the 2019 USA National Championship in Underwater Hockey and served as Assistant Coach for the USA Elite Team
✅ Trained in Muay Thai for over 4 years, mastering the balance of power, endurance, and mental resilience
✅ Earned degrees in Kinesiology (B.S.) and Sport & Recreation (M.S.), focusing on biomechanics, physiology, and performance science
✅ Became a Certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM)—bringing science-backed strategies to every client I work with
