What coaching looks like.

1. We figure out where you are.
Training history, schedule, limitations, equipment, lifestyle and what you actually enjoy doing.

2. We define where you're going.
Not "get healthier." Something we can actually work toward.

3. I build the route.
Training, progression, conditioning, recovery and whatever else the goal requires.

4. We adjust.
Because real life doesn't follow a 12-week spreadsheet.

Korath's Chains is a one-month fitness challenge structured like an adventure, where participants follow the guidance of three fictional mentors, Skarbit the Goblin, Mahdi the Djinn, and Korath the Dark Elf, to improve their speed, strength, and endurance. The program includes running drills, calisthenics, and jump rope exercises, blending fantasy storytelling with a dynamic workout regimen.

I'M NOT INTERESTED IN ONLY ONE KIND OF FITNESS.

Then something like:

I've spent more than 20 years training, competing, coaching and studying human performance. Along the way I've finished two IRONMAN triathlons and nine IRONMAN 70.3 races, competed in Muay Thai, won a USA Underwater Hockey National Championship, coached lacrosse, worked with combat-sport athletes, and spent a lot of time underneath heavy things.

My education includes a B.S. in Kinesiology, an M.S. in Sport & Recreation Studies, and certification as an ACSM Exercise Physiologist.

That variety isn't an accident. It's how I coach.

I don't believe everyone needs to train like a bodybuilder, powerlifter, runner or CrossFitter. Training is a tool. We choose the right tools based on what you're trying to accomplish.
